• Single screw extruder BOCOMATIC EB/A 130:

     -    extrusion screw with evacuation:                     133 mm 
     -    barrel - with double evacuation opening:       133 mm 
     -    working length:                                                    46 L / D (total length is 6.495 mm)
     -    number of extrusion screws:                             1    
     -    evacuation - 2x water ring pump SPECK:         2 x 4,3 kW
     -    extruder heating zones / barrel cooling:          7 zones / by air from ventilator 

• Feeding hopper                                       
• Double piston melt filter with forced backwash
• Water ring granulation device with water trough
• Vertical water centrifuge
• Vibrating equipment for granulate sorting + transport air ventilator
• Storage filling silo

The line was put into operation in 2017 in the showroom of our company as a demonstration line for customers interested in our technology. The line is in very good technical condition.
